Process
How does the project process work?
+
We start with a conversation about your problem — no forms, no templates. We then write a one-page scope document describing exactly what we'll build, what it will cost, and when it will be ready. Once you approve the scope, we build. Most projects complete in 3–5 business days.
How long does it take from first contact to delivery?
+
Typically 1–2 days for scoping after initial conversation, then 3–5 business days to build. So from your first message to a working tool in your hands: usually 5–10 business days total.
Do I need to know what I want before I contact you?
+
No. Most clients come with a pain or a process problem, not a solution in mind. We ask the right questions, map the process, and propose what to build. You don't need to know what the tool should look like — that's our job.
What happens after delivery?
+
After delivery you have 1 day of our time included — to address your feedback and fix any comments before final handover. After that, you own the full codebase and can take it to any developer.
Can we expand the tool after delivery?
+
Yes. Many clients add a feature after 3 months of using the initial version. We scope any addition the same way — one page, fixed price, agreed before we start.
Pricing
How is the price determined?
+
Price is based on scope — what we build, not how long it takes. After the scoping conversation, we propose a fixed fee for the described solution. You know the full cost before work begins. No hourly rates, no surprises.
What is the typical price range for a project?
+
A focused single-process tool typically costs between €800 and €3,000. More complex multi-process solutions range from €3,000 to €8,000. We've delivered real projects at every point in that range — see our Cases page.
Are there ongoing costs after delivery?
+
No mandatory ongoing costs. You own the code and can host it anywhere. Hosting typically costs €5–20/month depending on the solution. We don't charge a licence or maintenance fee.
Can EU government grants cover the cost?
+
Yes. Most EU member states have SME digitalisation grants that cover 50–85% of eligible software development costs. Germany's Go-Digital, Spain's Kit Digital, and Poland's Dig.IT all explicitly include custom software. See our Funding page for all 27 countries.
Do you offer payment in instalments?
+
Yes. We typically structure payment as 50% on scope approval and 50% on delivery. For larger projects we can discuss milestone-based payment.
The product
What kind of software do you build?
+
Targeted operational tools — software that manages one or several business processes. Job tracking, inventory management, booking systems, production planning, compliance documentation. We don't build marketing websites, mobile apps, or consumer products.
Do I own the code after delivery?
+
Yes. Full source code transferred at delivery. We hand over the repository, documentation, and deployment. You can take it to any developer in the future, modify it yourself, or simply use it as-is forever.
Does it work on mobile phones?
+
Yes. All tools are mobile-first — designed to work on any smartphone without installing an app. Your team can use it in the field, on the warehouse floor, or at a client site.
Does it integrate with existing systems?
+
Integration with existing tools (accounting software, e-commerce platforms, ERP systems) is common and scoped explicitly in each project. We build integrations where they add clear value, not for its own sake.
What technology is it built on?
+
We use modern web technologies chosen for reliability and longevity, not trendiness. The specific stack depends on the use case. We always provide full documentation so any competent developer can maintain or extend the system.
